Misty Wilson Borkowski focuses her practice in the areas of immigration law, business law, criminal appeals and appellate practice. Ms. Borkowski is a "Abogada Consultora" (Consulting Attorney) to the Mexican Consulate in Little Rock (2007-2009).
Ms. Borkowski graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. degree in International Studies in 1993 and received her Juris Doctor in 1996. She was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1997 and to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas in 1998. She has lived, studied, and travel in Spain and Mexico. Ms. Borkowski taught Immigration Law at the UALR, William H. Bowen School of Law, Spring 2007.
She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Associations. Additionally, on the Little Rock Sister Cities Commission, Ms. Borkowski serves as the Secretary and is the Liaison to Pachuca, Little Rock’s sister city in Mexico.
Ms. Borkowski is fluent in Spanish which offers a distinct advantage for our Hispanic clients.

Ms. Borkowski graduó de la universidad de Arkansas en Little Rock con un B.A. en los estudios internacionales en 1993 y recibí su Juris Doctor en 1996. La admitieron a la barra de Arkansas en 1997 y a los U.S. District Court, Eastern District de Arkansas en 1998. Ella ha vivido, estudiado, y viajado en España y México. Ms. Borkowski enseñó la ley inmigración en UALR, William H. Bowen School of Law, Spring 2007.
Ella es un miembro de la asociación de la barra de Arkansas, de la asociación de la barra del condado de Pulaski, y de las asociacion de los abogados de la inmigración en los estados unidos (AILA).
