John Coulter focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, family law, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Coulter graduated from Reed College with a B.A. and from Boston College Law School, cum laude. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. After graduating from law school, he held the position of Law Clerk for U.S. District Judge Billy Roy Wilson, Eastern District of Arkansas.
Mr. Coulter is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas and American Bar Associations. He is a former Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Arkansas Bar Association. He is also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and William R. Overton Inn of Court. Mr. Coulter is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named in The Best Lawyers of America for Labor and Employment Law since 2009. Mr. Coulter is a Fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America and has been recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyer.
